Four apartments with private sauna
Our old farmhouse was renovated in 2021. We embedded four very special apartments: generously planned with big windows and balconies, with a focus on accessability and sustainability. Cosy and comfortably furnished, with great attention to detail: using local craftmanship, high quality material and wood from our forests.
An incredible feature of our farm is our newly created garden world. An invitation to stroll and discover, to snack and linger. Be it in the traditional South Tyrolean farmers’ garden, in the rose or hydrangea garden, in the berry garden, in the beer garden under the old walnut tree, on the lawn or under the grape pergola.
You are welcome to help yourself in the fragrant vegetable and herb beds, or at the orchard!

It is important for us to meet our guests’ individual needs and wishes and make your holiday special. For those who want to unwind, we carefully and respectfully create a peaceful atmosphere. For those who want to experience the country and its people and learn more about the stories behind the history, we are here to accompany and guide you – mountaineering or sitting together cosily.
